the Christmas Concert
of the Choirs of the Parliament of the United Kingdom and the National Assembly of the Republic of Slovenia
which will take place on
Saturday, 17 December at 7.30 p.m. in the
St Nicholas Cathedral Church in Ljubljana.
This unique occasion brings together two parliaments celebrating the 30th anniversary of Slovenia's recognition as an independent state in a joint programme of Christmas carols. The programme will include songs from both countries, as well as some of the world's most popular Christmas songs. Both choirs, soloists and orchestra will celebrate 30 years of relations between our two countries with an audience that will include political figures from both countries.
