As we come together once again to celebrate the season, we're reminded that distance means little when hearts - and intentions - are large. Our Christmas Gala is more than a tradition; it's a reflection of shared spirit, vision, and the joy of connecting across borders.

Step into an evening of festive elegance, high-level connections, and the unmistakable charm of London as the year draws to a close.

Join us for our 7th Christmas Gala in London, returning to the iconic Institute of Directors on 116 Pall Mall on Friday, 28 November 2025, from 7:30 PM till late.

1. Personal attendance

Until 31 July 2025:

• Early Bird Price (until 31 July 2025): 220 eur + VAT  (20% discount for BSCC members)

From 1 August 2025:

• Member Price: 192 eur + VAT
• Regular Price (from 1 August 2025): 240 eur + VAT

Bridging the AI Gap: Realising the Full Potential of Digital Transformation

Join us for a Business Delegation to Oxford and London, scheduled in the days before the Christmas Gala. As artificial intelligence rapidly evolves and reshapes industries worldwide, a growing gap is emerging between technological potential and actual implementation. We will focus on understanding and overcoming the practical barriers that stand in the way, from skills and structure to mindset and strategy.

Through site visits, case studies, and direct exchanges with UK businesses and institutions, delegates will learn how others are making full use of the tools already available to them, and what it takes to translate these strategies into practice within their own organisations. Expect stops at the University of Oxford, MINI Plant Oxford, Goldman Sachs, Endava, business conference hosted at PwC... and much more! We'll wrap it all up in style at our annual Christmas Gala.

1. Registration fee for members (includes Christmas Gala): 690 eur + VAT

2. Regular registration fee (includes Christmas Gala): 790 eur + VAT

Small and medium-sized companies are eligible for the Slovene Enterprise Fund's Voucher for Participation in Economic Delegations Abroad. This voucher covers 60 % of the costs for accommodation, transport, and registration for the delegation. Detailed information about the voucher are available here. Once the delegation is over, the Chamber will issue a confirmation of your participation in the delegation, which you will be able to use to claim the voucher with the Slovene Enterprise Fund.

Cancellation and Event/Delegation Policies:

Event/Delegation Policy:

1. Please note that registration for the Christmas Gala and Business Delegation is only accepted through the registration form available here. We do not accept registrations via email or phone.
2. By registering for the Christmas Gala and/or Business Delegation, you agree to the following:

• Your name is published on the list of attendees which is then shared with other participants.
• The event and delegation will be photographed and photos will be published on British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce's web page and social media platforms. Other media will be able to use them for their own articles/posts etc.
• The British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce will organize the seating arrangement for the Gala. Attendees will not be able to choose their seats unless they purchase a table of 10 tickets. Couples will be seated together.

3. The organiser reserves the right to make alterations in the agenda or program of the delegation.
4. The registration fee includes: full organisation of the delegation, pub dinner with a fixed menu on 26/11, transfer from Oxford to London on 26/11, priority attendance at Business Conference on 28/11, attendance and dinner at the Christmas Gala on 28/11, light refreshments throughout the delegation program. Not included: flights, accommodation, breakfast, and transfers around London.

Cancellation Policy:

• Until 8 October - a refund of 50 % of participation fee is possible
• After 9 October - no refund is possible
