Business Delegation to Cambridge and London
24–27 November 2026
The registration fee includes participation in the Business Delegation to Cambridge and London and attendance at the Christmas Gala. Full program of the delegation will be announced in the coming months.
Join us for the 2026 Business Delegation to Cambridge and London, taking place in the days before our annual Christmas Gala. Participants are expected to arrive in Cambridge on the evening of 24 November, with the program starting the following morning.
Resilience is becoming a key part of competitiveness. Companies are operating in an economy shaped by volatile energy costs, resource security concerns, rapid digitalisation, growing electricity demand, climate and nature risks, and changing expectations from investors, customers, and regulators.
This year’s delegation to Cambridge and London will focus on how companies can respond to these shifts through innovation, stronger governance, better use of data, and smarter capital allocation. The program will look at resilience as a source of productivity, growth, and long-term competitive advantage.
Delegates will meet with leading UK institutions and companies, working across technology, sustainability, life sciences, finance, and innovation. The aim is to understand how to make better strategic decisions in a changing economy: when to invest, where to partner, how to manage resource and energy risks, and how to turn transition challenges into business opportunities.

Small and medium-sized companies are eligible for the Slovene Enterprise Fund's Voucher for Participation in Economic Delegations Abroad. This voucher covers 60 % of the costs for accommodation, transport, and registration for the delegation. Detailed information about the voucher are available here. Once the delegation is over, the Chamber will issue a confirmation of your participation in the delegation, which you will be able to use to claim the voucher with the Slovene Enterprise Fund.
Christmas Gala/Delegation Policy:
Please note that registration for the Christmas Gala and Business Delegation is only accepted through the registration form available here. We do not accept registrations via email or phone.
By submitting this form you agree to the following:
1) You will receive all communications from the British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce related to the event, including updates, notifications, and important information.
2) Your name is published on the list of attendees which is then shared with other participants.
3) The event and delegation will be photographed and photos will be published on British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce's web page and social media platforms. Other media will be able to use them for their own articles/posts etc.
4) The British-Slovenian Chamber of Commerce will organize the seating arrangement for the Gala. Attendees will not be able to choose their seats unless they purchase a table of 10 tickets. Couples will be seated together.
5) The organiser reserves the right to make alterations in the agenda or program of the delegation.
Cancellation Policy:
By submitting this form you understand the cancellation policy of the Business Delegation and Christmas Gala:
1) Until 13 September 2026 - a refund of 100 % of participation fee is possible.
2) Until 11 October 2026 - a refund of 50 % of participation fee is possible.
3) After 12 October 2026 - no refund is possible.
